Terms of service.

I Lived It is a vault for your personal content. You own everything you upload. We run the service that indexes, stores, and issues ownership-backed records for that content. You pay us (if on a paid tier), we keep the service running.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use I Lived It. You're responsible for keeping your Apple/Google sign-in credentials secure. Tell us immediately at support@ilivedit.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant I Lived It a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, thumbnail, embed, and display your content only as needed to provide the service to you.

This license ends when you delete the content or your account. It never extends to training third-party AI models or to any non-service purpose.

• Upload content you don't own or have rights to.
• Upload CSAM, incitement to violence, or material that infringes third-party rights.
• Use the service to harass, impersonate, or defraud anyone.
• Circumvent rate limits, quota, or security controls.
• Reverse-engineer our systems, except where local law grants you that right.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules after reasonable notice, or immediately if the violation is severe (e.g. CSAM).

An OCID is a cryptographic statement, signed by you and counter-signed by us, that you possessed a given asset at a given time. It is evidence of authorship at that moment — it is not a substitute for a copyright registration, a legal judgment, or a chain of title.

We publish verification tooling at /v/OCID-… for any third party to independently validate the record without our cooperation.

• Paid tiers (Pro, Creator) auto-renew monthly or annually until canceled.
• Founding-member pricing is locked for the lifetime of the account.
• Cancel anytime in Profile → Billing. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
• All sales are final; we issue pro-rated refunds only when required by law.

We're early. Features will change. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before removing or materially downgrading a feature a paid tier includes. If we do, you can cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.

You can delete your account anytime in Profile → Account. We hard- delete within 30 days and send a completion email.

We can terminate for the reasons in §4 or if the service is sunset. We'll export your data for you before termination.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose. Our aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if higher.

These limits don't apply to our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else local law says we can't limit.

You agree to defend and indemnify I Lived It against third-party claims arising from content you upload or from your violation of §4.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to your local courts.

We'll notify you in-app and by email at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
